The Omnia range of panels are the first sandwich panels where the face sheets are thermally fused to the honeycombe core, therefore eliminating the possibility of delamination and water ingress, completely. In addition our panels offer cost effective and excellent strength to weight ratio.
A fibreglass reinforced polypropylene face sheet is thermally fused to both sides of the honeycomb core. An additional polypropylene layer is applied to the outside providing a smooth surface.

Impervious and hygroscopic ensuring structural integrity is maintained.
Resistance to climatic conditions
The thermoplastic composition allows the panels to be put into permanent service in temperatures ranging from -40° to +80° celsuis.
Recyclable
Standard panel range is 100% recyclable.
Ecological impact
The Omnia range of panels use considerably less kilojoules during manufacture compared to most conventional materials and production methods. Our unique fusion method ensures that no adhesive or bonding agents are required.
